Jennifer Cook is a native Texan who now resides in her
adopted state of New Jersey.
(And NO.. she is not a Cowboy’s fan so let’s clear that up right away!)
She is married and a mother to 2 wonderful children, Jay and Jean-Louise, "they are the absolute lights of my life”.
Jen’s passion is trying to change attitudes of those who believe we should be preparing our children for a cruel, cut-throat "real world”. She believes we should be trying to make this world a better place for them and in doing so redefining exactly what the "real world” means.
As she passes on her beliefs and views, or is just sharing her daily anxieties of raising two school-age children, she speaks from her heart.
In 2002 her efforts to give back and help others earned her a nomination for a Humanitarian Award.
Jen also loves music, baking, reading and writing. "I’ve always loved writing because it allows me to organize my thoughts and be precise”. She is a self-admitted Disney fanatic just like the rest of her family.
In addition to her husband and children, she shares her home with a dog, cat and 3 hermit crabs!

She also works PT in the Haddonfield School District as a Special Needs Education Assistant and loves the opportunity her job provides her in being a small stepping stone in helping children realize and reach their full potential.
