Are you sick and tired of another summer covering up extra baby weight and feeling guilty about putting yourself first? As a mom of three kids, I used to reach for the cover up all the time! I was skeptical I could ever get a body I could be proud of and take care of after becoming a mother. But, since the gym workouts weren’t working I had to find a more efficient way and decided to try a program called P90X. I got in the best shape of my life and now I have more energy, more motivation and confidence. I became an independent BeachBody Coach so I could help other moms achieve their goals too. If you can't carve out a 30-minute block for fitness, try fitting in three 10-minute blocks. The stronger you are the better you will be able to manage your already busy life.
